Whether you bake every weekend or just had a blast at our Cake and Cocktails… this program was made for you.
Maybe you’ve been baking cakes for years but struggle to make them look as good as they taste. You’ve tried smoothing icing, piping borders, maybe even a drip — but it never quite comes out right.
Or maybe you joined us at Cake and Cocktails and thought, “I loved this. I want to learn more. I want to actually know what I’m doing.”
This certification is for both of you.
Over four weeks, you’ll build real, foundational cake decorating skills — stacking, smoothing, piping, and trending styles like vintage borders and textured buttercream.
It’s hands-on. Beginner-friendly. No YouTube guessing. No pressure.
Just guided instruction, practice with both real and dummy cakes, and a final cake project you’ll be proud of.
By the end, you’ll walk away with more than a certificate — you’ll leave with confidence in your skills and the joy of creating something beautiful with your own hands.
