Important Booking Information

​We’re excited to bring your cake vision to life! Before completing the intake form, please review the following important details to ensure we’re the perfect fit for your needs:

Short Notice Orders: If your request is needed in less than 7 days, please call 404-996-2617 or email info@virginiamarie.com to check availability. Rush orders will incur a 20% last-minute fee.

Custom Pricing: Our cakes are crafted with high-quality ingredients and intricate designs. If price is your main deciding factor, please note that we typically price higher than most bakeries due to the level of craftsmanship we provide.

Minimum Order Requirement: Custom cakes start at $250, and wedding cakes start at $700. This is a minimum price and will increase based on design.

Design Approach: While we love inspiration photos, we do not replicate exact designs. Every cake is customized uniquely for you.

Pickup & Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee, with some larger cakes requiring delivery for stability. Pickup is available by appointment only. If you miss your pickup time, it will be rescheduled for the next business day.

Payment & Booking Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, with final payment due 7 days before your event.
