Wedding Cake Terms and Conditions

We are honored to be considered for your special day! Before completing the intake form, please review the following important details to ensure a smooth and seamless experience:

Availability & Booking Timeline

  • We accept wedding cake inquiries on a rolling base and book on a first come, first served basis To ensure proper design, planning, and preparation we reccommend booking 6-9 months in advance, but we will consider inquiries in less time. 

  • If your wedding is less than 1 month away, please call 404-996-2617 to check last-minute availability. ​

Pricing & Budget Expectations

  • Our wedding cakes start at $750, with final pricing based on design complexity, size, and details.

  • We specialize in luxury, custom cakes using premium ingredients and artistic techniques. If price is your main deciding factor, please note that our pricing typically comes in higher than most bakeries due to our craftsmanship and quality, but we are willing to offer a proposal based on your budget.​

Cake Tasting & Design Process

  • We offer two cake tasting options:
    -Studio Tasting Experience – A private, in-person consultation where you’ll sample a curated selection of flavors and discuss your cake vision.
    -Cake Tasting Box – A beautifully packaged tasting box that you can enjoy at home, available for pickup or shipping.

  • Tastings are optional but highly recommended for wedding clients.​

Design & Customization Policies

  • While we love inspiration photos, we do not replicate exact designs. Your cake will be uniquely crafted based on your vision, colors, and theme.

  • We offer a variety of styles, from classic elegance to modern luxury. If you have a specific theme or idea in mind, let us know!​

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery is required for all wedding cakes over 3 tiers to ensure safe transport and setup.

  • Delivery fees vary based on location. We will confirm the total cost during your consultation.​

Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding.

  • Changes to your order must be made at least 4 weeks before your wedding.​

Next Steps After Submission

  • After submitting your request, please check your inbox and spam folder for our response. If you do not receive an email, contact us immediately.

  • Once we confirm availability, we will schedule a consultation or tasting if needed.
